Ingredients:

Unscented: Pure Epsom Salt

Muscle Therapy: Pure Epsom Salt, Eucalyptus essential oil, Spearmint essential oil, Menthol, Camphor

Nighttime Relaxation: Pure Epsom Salt, Rose buds, and Lavender essential oil.

Lavender: Pure Epsom Salt, Lavender flowers, Lavender essential oil.


How to use this product

  1. Prepare the tub:

    Start with clean, warm water.

    Fill the tub to a comfortable depth and temperature (about 92–100°F / 33–38°C).

  2. Measure the salts

    Standard dosage: 1/4 to 1 cup of bath salts per bath.

    For a gentle soak or sensitive skin: use 1/4 to 1/2 cup.

    For muscle relief or a deeply relaxing soak: use 1/2 to 1 cup.

    For targeted foot or hand soaks: use 1–2 tablespoons in a basin.

  3. Dissolve the salts:

    Sprinkle the salts into the running water so they dissolve evenly. Swirl the water with your hand to help dissolve any residue.

  4. Soak safely

    Enter the tub slowly. Soak for 15–30 minutes. Limit time if you feel lightheaded or overheated.

    Keep hydrated: drink water before and after your soak.

  5. Rinse and dry

    Rinse off with a quick lukewarm shower if desired to remove salt residue.

    Pat skin dry with a towel and apply moisturizer to lock in hydration.

  6. Frequency and precautions

    Frequency: 2–4 times per week, depending on skin sensitivity and needs.

    Avoid long or very hot soaks if pregnant, diabetic, or have cardiovascular issues—consult your healthcare provider.

    Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

    If irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse thoroughly. Seek medical advice if severe.

    Keep out of reach of children and avoid ingestion.

  7. Enhancements (optional)
