Shipping Processing and Delivery Time:

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS / UPS / FedEx service. Most orders ship within one business day after fulfillment processing and typically arrive within 3-8 business days in the U.S. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays to allow our staff time to rest and recharge.

Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping will be calculated based on order weight and box dimensions. Free shipping may be available for seasonal events only. For international shipping, please contact customer services.

Delays and Address Issues:

Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (including severe weather conditions, service interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances). If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we may be unable to make changes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

Please report any issues within 14 days of receipt. Email us at info@oleoresin.org with your order number, clear photos, and details, and we will provide a replacement or a refund as store credit if required.

Order changes and cancellations:

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@oleoresin.org. While we cannot guarantee changes to the order once it has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot change or cancel the order upon its arrival, we kindly ask that you write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and send it back to the appropriate mail carrier.

Unopened/unused items:

Once we receive the unopened package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund based on the original payment method after deducting the restocking fee (10-30%, depending on the item(s), weight, and dimensions). Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Order Tracking:

Log into your account to track your order. If your order has shipped, a tracking number may be available based on the chosen shipment method. If you don't have an account, contact customer service: info@oleoresin.org.

Returns

How does it work?

  1. Search orders & select items to return.

  2. Return requested items within seven days. Before repackaging, make sure to close any oil lids tightly to prevent leaking.

  3. Receive store credit confirmation.

Return Policy:

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, items purchased during our Special Offers are eligible for return if bought within the last 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items, free gifts with retail value, products that have been excessively used (for example, if half a bottle of oil has been consumed), and original shipping charges are non-returnable.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Please email us at info@oleoresin.org with clear photos of damaged product(s) or details of missing items, and we will gladly assist you accordingly.

Store credit:

Once the store inspects your returned items, you can expect to receive your store credit gift card within 1-3 business days. Please remember that this credit can only be used on the Oleoresin website.
